Two options:
1) One word = kitbash. You basically need to find a model who loks similar, then find a cape that looks similar, find a sword (?) for the back, etc. Then put it all together in a scene, pose and render.
2) Google "daz shinteo guts", and he has a Guts model for free on his Patreon.
