VRAM usage in daz 4.23

A few months ago, I added a few figures to this product(https://www.daz3d.com/fg-cozy-living) and there was no problem at all with rendering it. But now, just adding this itself is pushing the vram usage to the limit. My VGA is RTX4070 super and the vram capacity is 12GB. Is there anything like a higher vram usage in Daz3d 4.23 version?

I have not experienced any difference.
But the set has many textures, so it will be borderline, so I guess something has tipped it over.
You can monitor your VRAM usage, recommendation for GPU-Z.
Avoid using Iray preview before rendering, and you might look into optimization, e.g. https://www.daz3d.com/scene-optimizer
A nice trick is to use the viewport for rendering, this way somewhat iray uses much less vram and textures don't seem to be resized so I'm not sure what iray does under the hood. Most scenes that I can't render in a separate window render just fine in the viewport. Of course this has the disadvantage that the viewport size is limited so it may not fit your needs.
