Plugin installed but no Send to Blender menu option - Fixed

I installed the plugin using DIM. It is shown in the installed plugins list with a green plug icon which should mean it is activated but I haven't got a Send to Blender option. Send To only shows Bryce and Hexagon as options. I tried using DIM to de-install and re-install but there was no change. I'm using Daz Studio 4.23.0.1 64 bit on Windows 10 Pro. I can't find any error messages in the log, it says it is reading Daz to Blender.dsx and it shows a line sating dzblenderbridge.dll after Loading Plugins. Any ideas what might be going wrong and how to fix it?

    Have you restarted Daz Studio after installing a new plugin? If not, do so.

    If the plugin doesn't show in Send to menu, go to Customize... (F3), check if it's under Bridges in Action list, then drag it to the target menu item.
