Updating Daz 4.23 and Public Build

Hi I had a few issues. I don't know if there's been an update to Daz 4.23, and I don't know how to download it? I'm currently Premier, do I have to uninstall and reinstall?
I also use Daz Public Build, I'm notified of the newest version when I open it, but the DIM search doesn't show the new version for me to download.
Last thing, semi-related, Daz 4.23, when I close the program, takes 5-10 minutes to "delete objects" "Clear scene", etc. Even when the scene is empty, it has never done this previously. Public build still doesn't do this. Is something wrong? Or is my Daz 4.23 out of date?

In DIM > Ready to Download tab > Download Filters, if you check Public Build under Release Channel Tag, you should be able to see Public Build package in Ready to Download if there's an update.
How long it'll take to close the scene (it's a foreground job in DS 4.22+) depends on the how complex / heavy the scene is. This behavior should be very same in DS 4.22+ General Release and Public Build. Even if you delete everything in the scene to turn it an "empty scene", all the deleted objects are still in RAM, it'll take some time for DS to safely clear them all in RAM... unless you firstly clear the scene with New... action.
But if you just launched DS to have an initial empty scene, then closing it still took a long time, that would be definitely an issue.
Ah that fixed it for Public Build thank you kindly.
For your remaining advice I appreciate it. I'll have to keep tabs then and maybe report back then. Possible that it was just a coincidence, but in my 4-5 years of Daz now I never really encountered Daz taking so long to clear and close...
