Hair asset stopped rendering

I was using dForce Jamari Hair for Genesis 9 and it was working great. And then it just stopped rendering. I've deleted the hair and loaded a new copy. The image below is from within Daz. But even rendered it looks just like it does in this image. No morphs have been applied to it. All the Actor sliders are whatever the defaults are. I closed Daz Studio, uninstalled the asset using DIM. And then reinstalled it. Didn't help.

So, I started a new scene. Just a G9 figure and the hair as seen in the file attached. In the render of that image, the hair is nearly invisible.

Final attachment shows it was working earlier. It just stopped working.

The log file attachment start with the loading of the hair and ends after the render.

Any help would be appreciated.

Check the Line Tesselation setting in the hair object (not the scalp/base if it has one). Find the Render Line Tesselation setting and try to increase it. Set it to 4 or higher, but not too high (keep it in a single-digit margin). See if that helps.

Which tool do you have active?

Try setting it to Universal tool.

If you are using omni shader hair, tesselation shall be 0.

Tool? Why would that matter when I hit Render for a full render? The G9 figure with "ghost" hair was a full render.

I have never touched tesselation. See attached.

That said. I almost always have the Node Selection Tool as my active tool.

So, this is 4 in Render Lines Tesselation Sides (it had been 0). But, why did it work before and then stop working? I never touched this setting. When the assets loads, it is set to 0. But other renders worked and then it stopped?

Thanks for your help. But, I'm left confused.

If you have Geometry Editor or Mesh grabber (or other geometry tools) active SBH won't render, thats why I asked for what tool.

Really? I've never heard that. Thanks.
