Difficulty with Face Transfer 2

Keeps crashing when trying to use a photo to create a G9 Character, But it does work fine with G8:

I get an error report and then the program closes out when Trying this with G9. I suspect that my issue is with my PC (GTX Card?) or memory. If anyone has any ideas or wants to help, I would greatly appreciate it.

4.23.1.30 (tried with Beta and Standard)

Using an older PC with GeForce 1060 Nvidia, 16 Gigs of Ram. Using latest NVIDIA studio driver as opposed to standard or whatever the gaming driver is 4.6.0 NVIDIA 566.36

Can include Error log as well.
