Help flattening figure

I know Genisis has a lot of capabilities, but I don't really get on well with Genesis and would like to stick with M4/V4 for this.
my question is, how do I reduce a figure's complex undulations? Muscle structure, etc. I don't want to lose eyes and mouth or anything, but I'd like to get as close to "blank boi" as possible while still preserving morphs (if that makes sense). Is there a way to make it so a figure has no soft muscle undulations? Perhaps even making them more angular -- like how lower polygon figures look?
