I bought the Content Creator Toolkit (CCT) Upgrade, but two questions. Where the installer ашду and how to activate the product. Help me please.

The CCT are part of the FREE DAZ Studio Pro 4, and there is no need to buy them at all. You should ask Support for a refund.
What version of DS4P are you uisng, the latest one is 4.5.0.114. If you have an earlier version of DS4P, then the correct CCT will be a part of the main install, and will be activated when you enter the Pro Serial Number which you should have in your account.
