Shoulder Holster

I've been looking for a detective / Bond style shoulder holster for G2F/M for ages.  Anyone know where I can find one?

    Worth a try, thanks.

    I have the police gunbelt for genesis.  Autofit works, but the holster sticks to the leg and warps with the pose...

    Yes, parts like that may need th weight map adjusting.

  • Excellent suggestion.

    I'd also like to see gun belts for men in the various styles we see for women - dual holsters of varying heights, one, two, three belts crossing each other, or one hanging up or low.

    Thigh holsters, hip holsters, etc etc.

    You need to select the parts with the Geometry Editor tool (in many cases you can do this via the Tool settings pane, clicking the + next to one or more surface names, but you can also try selecting one polygon on the mesh by clicking and then use ctrl(Win)/cmd(Mac) plus * to select all connected - if the item you need to edit is separate - or ctrl/cmd plus + to grow the selection. For the holster you may want to assign the seelcted polygons to a separate group (right click, Geometry Assignment>Assign to Face Group>Holster group, if it exists, or Geometry Assignment>Create Face Group... and give it a name if not) then use the Node Weight Paint Brush tool to fill the selected polygons with weight - in the Tool Settings pane you need to assign the maps using the drop down (probably the three rorations and Scale), select each in turn, right-click with the tool, Weight Editing>Fill selected and enter 100%. Then use the Joint Editor tool to position the centre point where the holster attaches and the end point at the tip of the holster.

    Looks like you're in luck.   I still don't know where the fondness for double shoulder holsters come from though, even if  they did exist.  I'd like the option for just a single.

    Luthbel has one with Eldritch Seeker.

    I'd go for a single myself, with a double magazine pouch on the off side for balance. Mirrored,of course, for left or right hands.

    How do you put the gun in the holster?
