She is available at renderosity.  google ball joint dall renderosity and the first link is probably the right one.  Oh and there are two, by the same artist.  If you click the sickenly sweete's link and on that page the first post on her site has the link to renderosity the older version of the doll.  At renderosity, click on the artists name and you will see both dolls.

Thank you! I think I am going to purchase it in the official site... But... Can I use her easily in Daz? (sorry to comment here as I know this is a links thread).

She does work in DazStudio.  I didn't render her in Iray up to now, you would have to do some conversion of materials for that.
