Face tab not working

Hi i am currently using poser pro 2014 (Have not updated yet)

but out of the whole time I had it i never used the face tab. it never occurred for me to use it but now when i try i does not work it kinda flickers and then just switches back to the other tab I was using IE. Pose material and hair

    Which figure were you using? It supports only the native Poser figures, though I think it should give a warning rather than behave as you describe if you had an inappropriate figure selected.

    I was using andy can you please tell me what figures work with the face tab
