Pose Converter from G3 to G2-G1-V/M4

I really like all the new pose sets coming out for G3, but I do have a problem getting them from G3 to the other Gs.

A pose converter, like the ones existing for converting poses to G3, would be really great, and at least for my part, would make me less hesitant to buy new sets, or even poses.
