Pulling out my transmapped hair!

If any hair vendors out there happen to catch this...

We all know that most transmapped hair products generally suck unless you happen to pose your character in the classic "T" position... Why in hell do hair vendors not include decent morphs for just turning the head from to left or right. If the hair is long enough, it should drop straight down while cascading across the shoulder or in front of the shoulder? Like a lot of you I own hundreds of hair models and I can't think of one that actually accommodates a simple head turn. For example... If the character's head is turned to the left while standing the left side hair should fall straight down her back, not bend like a hockey stick aiming at the camera. I know it's not easy making a lot of morphs to suit every situation but instead of some stupid sh*t wind morph... How about a reality morph? Oh, Why spend so much time on green, bright red, orange, and blue hair? Include those in a separate package so that nonsense doesn't clog my runtime's.

Another thing that annoys me although it only happened to one hair product I own is... While loading a hair model it looks for another hair model assets (from the same vendor of course) a hair I don't have or want. I told the vendor about the issue and after nearly a month all I got was... "Works fine for me" Shrug... The hair will still load but throws up an error. I was pretty surprised this particular vendor basically ignored the issue. This vendor is popular. They didn't have the issue because the vendor obviously had the other hair product in their runtime... It would probably be best not to mention this vendor but I'd like to... All I can say is that the product didn't come from Daz. Daz would have been all over this as they have in the past. Props to good customer service. Because of this particular issue, I'm wary of buying anything from this vendor and pretty much haven't due to sh*t customer service.
