I can't download my purchased items, they aren't listed under "downloadable products"!
reseting the download-link under "itemized download history" doesn't make them appear! ;-(
Try logging out, deleting the DAZ cookies and clearing your browser cache. If that doesn't fix it, and the downloads don't appear after a wait, open a support ticket.

You have to remember that DAZ 3D is UTC-7, so still a while to go before the Office opens.
ohh... I thought you admins are the DAZ staff.
my ticket status turned to "This request is currently being processed by our staff" - so I assumed someone actually seen it :-/
No DAZ_Staff mostly have names that show like this, although there are a couple who are different. Moderators don't have DAZ_Names and are volunteers.
