What I would like to see is a simple hairdo with a simple tail like the Hr083 by Ali (Renderosity) for G3F with hideable bangs (Have a look at some of my older V4 renders at my gallery - and at the banner below)

The reason most hair does not do a bang/no bang version in the same style is because to look correct, you are cutting part of the hair from the front of the scalp to make the bangs.  There are ponytails at Daz with and without bangs, just not in the same products.

The Hr083 by Ali look correct without bangs if you have a look at some of my older v4 renders or at the banner below (it has hide bang morphs). The Hr083 works for G3F if parented not fitted but the neck area could look a bit better if this hair product would be for g3f and not for v4. With a bit of scaling and some morphs the hair has included you can make it fit to the g3f head but as written, this hair was created for v4 and the v4 head.

the good thing about the HR 083 is that you can pose the bangs, tail and also the tailband via transforms (bendings), the tail has also some additional bendings besides the normal transforms that allows some good styles.
