V 4,M 4, and K 4 in Poser ?

Are there additional advantages to adjusting V4,M4,& K4 in Poser as well as DAZ Studio ? I'm especially interested in the differences for facial and hand expressions.TIA

The features are the same, though In Poser you don't have the PowerLoader tool to control which morphs are loaded so there's a bit more work in getting the figures ready to use (injecting the morphs from the Daz's Figure Name/Morph Injections folder in the Pose Library after loading the figure)..

I don't use DAZ Studio, but V4, M4 and K4 are my primary characters for short animations.  These are done in Carrara, which to me is essentially the same as Poser for handling poser content, but with much more extensive features.  In particular, the Poser Runtimes are linked directly to Carrara's browser, no "import" and almost no loss of any content details.  I have a large collection of face and hand expressions for all three, they work great.  The morphs do have to be added after the figure is loaded (e.g. Morphs++), but it takes only a few seconds.   Here is a one minute animation focused on K4 but with M4 and V4 in small roles, just FWIW:
