Point At Drop Down Menu???

I must be blind. Where is the Point At Drop Down Menu that the tutorials speak of?

    Which tutorials? I don't see it either. "Point At" can however be found on the Parameter's tab with a given item selected (both General or Misc will show the option).

    It used to be a drop-down menu in earlier version, now it is a pop-up menu, and much more useful IMO :)
