Since I have seen a few models of circus tents around, but never found one that is really reflecting the reality, I thought I am going to build my own. I took a real existent italian three ring circus and I startet my research for exact measures and pictures. So, after weeks of endless work, I am pretty proud of the results. Still working on little details (there are millions of them!) but so far I got the major things ready to go. Here he comes... the real "American Circus"! :-)

Inside again... I didn't finish this render... :-)
looks lovely, good work
Wow that's really cool! Looks like a ton of work. Its beautiful!
Thank you guys! Yes indeed, it was a ton of work and it still is, since it's not done yet. Working on some outside details right now. :-)
Another inside render
Very well made! and yes that is a lot of details you already took care of and lots we will not ever notice. I guess this got quite the poly count ;)
Great Job. I love state fairs & circuses.
Actually I have no idea how many Polys... it takes a few seconds to get loaded... and so far no problems. :-)
Looks really great!
Another inside view
Coming to life...
On Parade...
I would say this is comming along very nicely Ralf!!!
Thank you Saphirewild! :-)
Here we go! Another update :-)
The only postwork I did, was adding the sparkles.
Looks really great! Any thoughts on how to fill that tent with thousands of kids with their parents?
nicely done, bring on the clowns!
Yeah! That is something I already thought about... honestly? No idea!!! :-) How would you fill it?
Still not finished yet! :-) And, by the way... I was actually looking for some nice clown but... all I can find are ugly and mean Clowns. Nor really what I need in there :-)
Well that is a tough one, maybe make billboards with rows of people for the seats in the back, with backview/frontview mats,
then one would have to use lorez characters to make it more crowded, the only thing that comes in mind.
Sounds like a good idea :-)
Wow! Lots of work - and worth it. I love circuses and carnivals and this looks spectacular.
Thank you so much! :-)
The same circus, with the earlier used tent, before the newer "tower-design" was invented...
Started to work on filling the tent with people... holy cow... that takes weeks to fill up the whole tent even though they are all instances of 24 different characters... 2400 instances are a lot to position!!!
