The inside, still without crowd...
Another inside view...
And from the outside...
And... one of the performers...
And a couple of other performers...
Another inside view...
High wire act...
You're killing this. Wow.
Thanks, doing my best :-)
Getting crowded... here ist the audience for the middle section...
You are certainly coming right along with this project @Ralf1958
Thank you! :-) Hope my computer will be able to handle the scene after all of the objects will be assembled! :-)
I sure hope it will as I would so love to see it all assembled in 1 render for sure!!
I would love for you to offer this as a set, including the crowd if you made it some kind of flat plane billboard.
This is crazy good! Very impressive!
@Griffin Avid - What exactly do you mean? How should those billboards look? My first idea was to insert billboards as crowd but... I encountered a few problems. Since the crowd is sitting differently in height and width, the perspective would have never been correct. Especially in the rounded stands on the left and right sides of the ring, since, depending on the camera setting, the first person in a row is sitting sideways while the farest away, in the middle of the stands is directly facing the cam. That's why I decided to go with LoRez people. :-)
Thank you @IceDragonArt :-)
Beautiful !!!!! takes me back in time
@AJ2112 - I am very glad you like it :-)
Some more performers...
They have curved billboards that arc around your scene. I do admit, I'm not sure how they're made.
If it's a curved plane that the image is placed on or some kind of render using a curved lens along with that..
OR maybe there's even a way to make the whole backdrop a sky dome/enclosure. A 360' set.
---------------
It could also be several billboards that are menat to just be a blurry backdrop.
I've wanted that for a while.
Here we go! The crowd is ready to join the circus! Over 2.500 people!!! Wish me luck while I will import them into the main scene. :-)
Finally! My first render, fully crowded! What do you guys think about it?
A few more. I stopped the render earlier then supposed, it takes at least 24 hours to complete one. But I think for a preview these came out nice. :-)
Another performer...
I just want to point out that everything i create, like this parade wagon and any of the circus items, aren't not done with the common 3D software everyone is using. I am modelling everything in Sketchup! I'm to lazy to learn any of the others. They all seem so complicated. :-)
Another parade wagon...
nothing wrong with Sketchup and you are rocking it
@th3Digit - Thank you! I got the strange feeling that this project will be a never ending story, since I keep getting new ideas and I am really glad my computer ist still able to handle all these "I don't know how many" polygons! :-)
Splendid!
Thanks @Hera
Every Circus needs a ticket office. And this one is certainly the most unusual Truck touring through Europe. This circus actually owns a few of them for different purposes.
