I love your eagle portrait, Stezza! Good quizzical look and the rad and B/W contrast look so good.. We have long-creasted eagles here - similar head but adding several long and medium feathers for quite a commanding appearance.

And Holly Congrats on your amazing projection work - so creative and beautiful. Wow!

thanks everyone.. the eagle is DAZ's eagle 2

it's nothing like the wedge tail eagles we have here which have a lot flatter head and a very menacing look, but I was quite pleased with the way this one turned out. :coolsmirk:

You should try looking at them with only one eye. Half the vision equals half the calories. It's a scientific fact.

@sweetleaf- Nice doughnuts! Now all you need to add is some particle generated sprinkles. Yummy!

Woah, hold your horses bbd. I barely understand this much, never mind about virtual sprinkles too :p

I'm more tempted to just go and buy the real thing instead. lol

*Edited for additional thought: I could buy a few, in the name of improving my Carrara skills, and squish one of them on a piece of clear plastic on my scanner so that I can scan one for a texture ^_^

heh, I have a special Japanese donit bowl at home - it is a coupe cut in half with one side a mirror so it looks like you are getting twice as many krispy kremes

That scene by CoolArtDude is comparable to renders done in Daz studio with Reality I think. It has that certain look. It's very nice ^_^

    Too cool! Very intriguing character.

A good likeness, too. I didn't know you had a beard.:-)

    Interesting character - yours?

Great render - love the way you have the background - there, but not intruding.

    Cheers

thankyou evilproducer, yes storybook - you hit the nail on the Head! He might end up being a character somewhere.

booksbydavid - thanks! oh I made myself younger in this one - it's a thirty day beauty plan involving a special herbal ointment - must be rubbed on anticlockwise by a forty year old virgin :) heh, heh ,heh . The beard - oh it is coming off soon :)

Roygee, thank you! Ahh it's k4 and I used an old mike displacement map and some textures I melded up. you can see the hands are a bit over the top athritic. The background is the new worldbase extreme - it's pretty unwieldy in carrara as none of the morphs make sense and the textures are all awol and the injection poses don't seem to work .... good in Poser - which I dont use

this was the other choice of background actually - can never make up my mind
