    I do this as much as possible. Though I've been trying not to buy anything PC+ lately, with the anniversary sale coming up.

    But I wasn't able to get either 7 or 8 to work, regardless of what I included: PC+, Still New, or the Floyd 8 Pro bundle currently in the "Featured Special Items" at the bottom of the page. Fun sale…

    If Daz is trying to anger customers and drive them away in disgust, then I'd say this is a successful sale. wink Otherwise...not so much. cheeky

    Well, aside from the fact neither coupon works, they aren't limited to just the Special Featured Items: "BUY 1 Featured Special Item or New Release (over $1)" Though a better link to the new releases is this one.

    So I have a bunch of light products in the cart and am debating paying full price and getting the difference credited back. I have more in cost than the store credit I currently have, so will have to spend some money too, but right now, people are still at work at Utah but in about 30 minutes they'll be leaving and I'll be stuck all weekend. The lights are a sweet deal at 70% off, so that's probably what I'll do since they didn't get the other coupons working. They won't get this one working either. 

    If you do that, be sure and screenshot the promo image too.

    Well, I did it. I bought the lights at full price and going to get refunded the difference. At 70% off, I'm not letting all those slip away! I have zero faith in Daz getting that coupon working, as they just deleted the second one without it working, and we haven't seen hide nor hair of it since.

    We haven't seen hide nor hair of any forum mods, either, suggesting there is no one poking the monster to get things fixed. Good call buying that cart anyway.

    I'm considering following Novica's lead and buying, but I am awful about putting in tickets and such.

    I normally do every SKU and list the price paid, then what it should be, and deduct and figure the difference. But I said screw it and just did the total cart price minus the one qualifying item, because that doesn't get 70% off- then x .30 (what I should have paid, 30%) and deducted it. Told them to refund that amount to my bank account! (If you don't say anything they will do store credit.)  This is referring to Coupon 8, 70% off with one new release.

    Another thing- if your total is more than your store credit, and you want to keep it simple, do all of it as paypal or credit card so you're not dealing with split refund processing. Aka, part store credit, part paypal.  The simpler the better. And as L'Adair said on the sale thread, DON'T put anything else in your cart. Keep it simple and you'll get your ticket closed sooner.

    Robert just got coupon 8 to work. Try it! :)   It's after 9pm, that's ridiculous, but at least it may be working. That took HOURS.

    That really sucks. I just bought a cart for $117+, having checked again before buying. I also have already put in a trouble ticket for a refund. I used Paypal Credit, so I don't have to worry about getting dinged with any interest charges.

    The good news is these tickets are really straightforward and easily resolved, so I'm thinking Monday at the latest. 

    Now I have shaders and lights to play with, when I get the time :)  Still working with Moho 12 Pro, I'm on video 52 in a series and frankly loving that program.  SO easy overall, and even better if you get a good instructor to show you all the little ins and outs. You can make one part of the body go in front of another (like a leg crossing), mask the eyes so when you move eyes side to side the iris and pupils stay in the eyeballs and disappear if turned to the side a lot, etc. It's actually enjoyable.

    I used 7, just now. It wasn't worth the effort to contact CS over a couple of free DOs, but now that it's working, I grabbed two outfits for the boys. I put one new release in the cart, added my two DOs, and applied the coupon. Worked perfectly. Then I added a second new release, (for the buy-two or more PA Festival discount,) and it still worked.

    They said they are bringing back coupon #2, hope it is soon as I have to leave for a while.  Happy withe the lights I got, will need time to try them out.

    I haven’t had good luck with tickets for coupons. During the last gift card sale I picked up an expensive card but wasn’t aware there was a code I needed. Usually gift cards discounts are automatic. I wrote customer service immeadiatly. but they would not honor that discount coupon. Even though I explained I never would’ve bought the big gift card without a discount and that sale was on the day I bought it..

    That said I hope they honor your coupon purchase. At least you can return it if they do not unlike my gift card

    mine was an expensive mistake but I no longer have faith that coupon issues will be resolved by writing a ticket as that has not been my experience

    Yup, got that. :-) But, still not working. And, that's selecting a qualifying  item and placing into cart. And, adding in DO using victoria-20 code as well. 

    For the Victoria-20 then you need to add a new product from today or yesterday which your will have to pay full price for. I choose the Art Deco Lobby as it was cheapest. For some reason the new Mage Accessories Pose Set doesn't work so you can't use that unless they fixed it.

    All, finally worked out. :-) Thanks for the help.

    In my case, they HAVE to honor it. The promo shots shows the statement that the coupon is not valid, and the time I submitted it was DURING the coupon's existance. I've had good luck with them fixing things, but then again, I document it and there's no question. I've never submitted one on a gift card boo boo though, and I think they should have honored the deal for you. 

    They haven't shown #2 yet, and Ann's suggestion to put in a ticket is ridiculous. How can you put in a ticket when you don't have the cart from THIS MORNING?Doesn't make sense at all.  She suggested around 11pmish to do that, and who is going to keep a cart window open after 12 hours, while coupon after coupon is launched and #2 never shows back up?

    I think Ann is doing the best she can with what little pull she has. In spite of her apology and the comment about needing to eat, (the whole comment was cute and funny,) the fact remains not one mod showed up in any of the complaint threads since the first coupon stopped working early in the day until she arrived around 8pm Daz time. That's about 10 hours where the complaints of the customers were totally ignored.

    In my case, I took a screenshot of my cart in FF on the left and the sales page in Chrome on the right. As in math class, I showed my work so they could see exactly how I came to the amount I should have paid and the amount to be refunded. Then I read here that the coupon had started working, so I recreated my cart and took another screenshot, and added that to my ticket.

    Here's showing one of the new light sets I bought. I used the 16K resolution and love the crisp details. I rotated the Y dome to 270, which is my go-to for front lighting.
    So my goal was to see what I bought lately and use them in one render. Found some trees that look like weeds that go great in an abandoned building setting, and some rubble.

It comes with depth of field options (various setings, not just one) and different resolutions depending on what your computer can handle!!!  Was 70% off with the #8 coupon. I'm posting this now, you only have six minutes if you want to grab it.

    Oh, I DEFINITELY agree the moderators were in absentia all day today, which is alarming and it shouldn't be on Ann to fix it at the last minute..( I hope they didn't have personal emergencies)  However, don't expect us to remember what we had in a cart this morning, or what the sales page had on it so we can re-create the category!  I'm talking about coupon #2, not #8.  Two was all the way back to this morning!

    On one hand I am glad I didn't had money so I couldn't actually take part of the coupons.. and some of them didn't even come up until after I was in bed sleeping :) On the other hand.. I would have loved having my money now, so I could actually get the extra discount on some of the items I Really, Really want... *sigh* a small part of me kinda want them to continue for one more week and have the last catch up sale Next weekend.. Another part of me wants the pc anniversary to start though lol
