    Poster concept and synopsis

    STAR TREK HORIZON

2 Years after the attempted assassination of the federation president, Commander Marcus Draven is given the chance to track down his former CO and traitor admiral Jonas Kincaid. While hunting Kincaid down Draven comes across a hidden Section 31 base and the experimental starship USS Horizon.

Meanwhile on a diplomatic mission the USS Valiant encounters a long-forgotten race that has been watching from the shadows waiting for the right time to strike the federation…

Is Horizon a comic, illustrated novel or something else? Really liking your characters, it's all looking great.

If you were not aware of it,  poseraddicts is closing their store.  This is probably your very last opportunity to get Rooloo’s Trooper for M4 and V4.  This is the armor I used in my STO #9 Elite Force texture set. search for "trooper"

Might I also suggest the Fema-Su 2010 PAE bundle too.  There is a lot of support on ShareCG including a trek like suit (    https://sharecg.com/v/50306/browse/11/Poser/Space-Uniform-for-Femasu-2011   ).    You can search using “femasu”

I  have this on my ever growing list of trek uniforms to do.

While getting ready to make some rooms for the 1701-D, I wanted to redo the halls since I've learnd so much over the years. This will have halls, lift and a Hollow Deck.

    Hello!

Has anyone made Picard 2399-era combadges and rank pips or where to find them? It looked like draven a couple pages back created or found the combadge?

    -Thanks!

How many polygons is that section?  What software did you use?

Cool, I'll be leeping an eye out. I'm working on a comic set in between nemesis and picard, currently getting characters/races sorted, working out uniforms, sourcing and modeling ships and sets.

I'm not sure how to check the polygons,  but there alot less than my older models. I use Daz's Hexon to build these.

I think it needs one of Data's paintings to finish it off.

Awesome, I love your past work on the D!  I bought the VIP quarters at vanishingpoint just yesterday and started fooling around with some other furniture options.  Tell me, have you (or has anyone, to your knowledge) ever thought about modeling the massive shuttlebay on the D that we never get to see?  The various blueprints over the years have taken a stab and laying it out, of course, but I would so love to see someone bring it to life.

If you want a quick and dirty badge, apply this texture to a plane and the alpha to it's opacity, and voila, you have a badge.  That's how I'm using it on the New Adventure uniform here, although that shirt has a square area on the chest for the badge, which is how I'm using these two files I whipped up.  But they're a quick way to try some things out.  I haven't looked into the pips yet.

A while back I came across a video on YouTube of a walkaround in the main shuttlebay. Yes, it's huge, taking up more than half of that deck. I think it might have been created in Unreal Engine. It also included walking along corridors, up ramps and stairs, until you come to the Bridge. Quite an experience.

Yeah; that was Stage Nine, which got a "Cease and Desist" from CBS.

Ah, thanks!  I've been out of the rendering world since 2014 and have only had time to jump back in with this covid mess, so I'm getting caught up on what people have been up to.  Glad some people are still having fun with the D!  Can't tell you how happy this makes me!  Should anyone decide to make a product like this I will be first in line to snatch it up!
