The $1.99 sale has the Western Outlaw Textures which provides you with textures for bandanas. Very appropriate for COVID19 times. If for some reason the Genesis 3 wouldn't fit on Genesis 8, you can always put it on G3 and ghost him out (hide him in Scene) and move him over your G8 figure. LOL that reminds me of putting shorts on the crab when I was dueling (fondly) with @RGcincy. As you recall, he won that battle with his underwater city render (with said crab.) By the way Rich, hows Rabbicus doing?
Maaaaaaaan, I was actually looking for a bandana over the face for a recent render I did, and somehow didn't stumble over that outfit.
@Novica Funny you should ask. Like many of us, he's slowly venturing out from his virus hideaway. Wears his masks (needs two of course) and keeps a yardstick handy to maintain social distance. He really should head back to the Arizona desert for the upcoming winter but he's still leery of flying. For now, he's watching a lot of TV, doing zoom calls, and chatting with neighbors as they walk by on the sidewalk.

I feel that there are blacksmith products released in the past that are considerably better than what is included in this bundle. The Leather Collection: Distressed was the only product of interest to me. However, j. cade showed the skin texture on another character and it seems quite nice. I ended up purchasing the bundle using the PC Loyalty code and getting a GC. With the $10 credit tomorrow, I will have paid $5 each for the two products I will possibly use. I don't know if I will even install the rest. No bundle has hit me as a "must buy," since the Frog bundle.

Everly is in red. In the background I used Vernon, Short Fade Hair, Q Suit, Caspian, Strictly Business Jacket, etc but they are so blurred out I am not linking them. Note the T-Skirt does NOT come with shoes. Those are from Autumn Bloom, and I changed the color.
The Abby Holiday Dress Outfit is also completely my colors, including the trim. I like having the top a lighter color than the skirt, with the trim matching the top. :)
That frog bundle was indeed memorable :) I think that $10 credit was a really nice touch too. Owning this Pro Bundle did trigger the second purple banner of 25% off, and using that for a gift card may have made the Pro Bundle well worth it. I know it enticed me to buy the above cart with the extra 25% off. Marketing got it right on this one, I think. Now let's see if the credit actually shows up on time LOL.
I can't wait to get those New Orleans sets with their licenses! So many godd sets in the store now. I feel like a kid in a penny shop.

Why are the prices so low, starting at 64% off for new debuts? That's an odd number. So in the cart with the additional discounts, it goes really low.

Hmmm, I am not finding any of the MICK bundle in my DIM. Or it's there and I am not seeing it. What are those things listed under? MICK doesn't call it up, bedroom doesn't get it, great hall, etc.

Already went that route with doing the DIM download link from the product library, the SKU gets inserted in the search and nothing happens. Edit- solved it. Somehow it got hidden and that box was unchecked. Thanks guys!

Well, I'll never understand why vendors don't group things logically. If you were going to hide the trees in groups, how would you do it? I'd have the option to turn off the ones INSIDE the castle walls, and outside the walls, at a minimum. Or do it in four quadrants. . But no, there's only two groups, one takes out a spattering of trees both inside and outside of the castle walls, the second group does the same thing.
So unless you get rid of ALL the trees, you can't get rid of the ones inside the walls. They are grouped by Pines and Ash, btw. So this to me is a blurred DOF background product. (I also don't like the barren ground, no ground cover. Just plain gray. How are those trees growing in such desconsolate conditions? They aren't desert trees! )
Edit- I will post in a minute, the trees by that gate are actually floating above the ground. I wanted to zoom in and see the ground textures, there are a few if you get up close- then I noticed the trees floating! I'm sure it does it elsewhere too, this is the only place I've zoomed in to. I've seen enough to know this isn't an up close product, it's not to be used that way.
And WOW, the grass and vegetation is so out of scale! I pointed out the grass, and look at the rounded petal weeds. They are HUGE! So this product does what many do, and that's just plaster a ground cover over a very large area and it distorts it. I suppose that it inevitable with a product this large. So where that happens, I've named this new species King Kong Grass
@Novica, there is a location in the center of the terrain prop with a "separate preload with highres vegetation". I believe this set was intended as more of a backdrop to scenes taking place in the center. The PA even states: "This is a large and at the same time lowpoly scene…"
I have this set, but haven't used it yet. I've loaded it, but it didn't suit the project.
Good info, and yeah, it's definitely meant for backgrounds. I can't check which preload I did, as I am rendering a very intensive scene at the moment. (9 percent done at 20 minutes, 13% at 35 minutes. I am going to let it render while I get some sleep pretty soon.) I definitely want to check out that area you pointed out.
Even at low res, those trees shouldn't float though.
Are the trees instances? I seem to remember in the UltraScenery thread issues where I think barbult or someone else had floating trees, when they substituted trees or elevations? Something or other. In one place it worked out sith a rootball above ground. I can't remember the solution now, too early for me.
