    Oct 14th was the last day of the 2-day finale for the PA Sale.

    Oct 15th was first day of the PC Sale. (Jack, being in-the-know, had composed the first post in the thread ahead of schedule... his next post is on the 15th when things are just about to go live)

    So, (and I'm guessing the Product Library would be an easy way to cruise through the items, as all you need to do is click, see the order on the product page, see the date. Go down the list until you find until you find the end date.

    What are you the happiest about buying from these dates? Select....(EDITED)

    Give it some thought, no rush. Should be interesting.

    Well duh, can tell I need to get some sleep. Easiest way is to go to Orders and see what's on that date, then find it in the product library and work backwards. DUH.

    There's NO WAY to pick five. I've changed it to "Up to 10" for each one. Good heavens, I won't even say how many pages (x40 on a page) that I have from these two sales.

    Your numbers on the teens bundle match mine. And yes, do not forget coupons if you have them. Today is payday for me. I do agree that dropping two new characters right after back to back sales does not seem the best of ideas. However, I will probably take the bait.

    I'm doing this the smart way, as I go through the Product Library I'm clicking the page and getting the link. When something bumped another one, it was easy to change it out. Mine from the PA sale were sets, as I had wish listed them and waited for a sale. Galaxy outfit was the only outfit, I love the neckline. This could even go well with pants.

    It's ANYTHING you bought during the sales :) You can see plenty of those on my PC sale list :) It's just what you really, really wanted that you got, or what you hadn't planned on getting that in hindsight, you're thinking, "Wow, glad I got it!" I almost picked that silly free (forlorn) robot- he's adorable- so price/freebie doesn't matter either. Just have fun!

    She is ADORABLE!
    I remember showcasing that sunflower :) It has a very detailed center and is wonderful!

    I'll find it quite hard to decide on a top 10 or even 5 - I haven't yet downoaded most of what I bought in either sale!
    I'm on limited allowance mobile broadband so I need to be careful what I download - I'm currently debating whether to go for DS 4.7 with all its probable pre-reqs (updated plugins, new Starter Essentials, etc) or save my allowance for new stuff. I have a limit of 10GB pcm and I use all of it every month!
    PS: Nice pick of products by those who'e posted so far: I have (or mostly have waiting) several of those and I look forward to the day I can get to use them :)

    Thanks Novica! You were the one behind me buying the sunflower.

    And Melanie, it sounds like you had a good haul and will have a lot to play with this winter. :)

    I've been away doing a new render to show off some of my PC sale products. With so many good male characters at silly prices in the V4/M4 sale, that's where my focus was this time. I didn't buy much that was new but I liked what I did get.

    My only regret is that I didn't get ALL the Phoenix1966 characters and that I only discovered Gyspyangel's ones in the last half day.

    Tandy (an AprilYSH hair) was a last minute impulse buy but is a whole lot of fun. It's just a quick test render of that one and might not be fitted quite correctly as it's an older hair that doesn't auto-fit (and my character has a large head).

    Stoltz reminds me of Sean Connery :) And I don't have Tandy Hair- and I like it. Onto the wishlist it goes!

    I picked up those poses, but haven't messed with them. So many Baryolax, so little time.

    My personal theory though, is if you aren't really tough or really stupid, engaging the Barylolax at such close range is a very bad idea. =-)

    I love the one where the WOMAN is on top of him, holding up her fist like, "I won!" and the creature is in the process of reaching up to dethrone her. Just my theory, but I think she was a bit premature in her joy.

    LOL I hadn't paid attention to that one but now that you mention... LOL.... I confess, there is one in the set that bugs me. It is the one where the baryloax is being thrown by the leg by M6. The baryoloax is a heavy creature, and it just doesn't give me the impression M6 is up for the challenge of giving it a good heave from that angle without more straining.

    My feeling is the Baryolax is too tough to be launched around like a piñata bat, but mabe M6's has been eating a lot of spinach.

    He does look rather like him! Would probably be a good texture to use for making a lookalike morph.

    I'm going to have to wishlist the textures for Tandy, there are some nice ones for both hair and ears and they will make it more versatile.

    Jindi, those renders (on this page and the previous page) are great! :) I've had Stolz and Stefan for a while (and they're some of my favorites), and managed to pick up two new (old) Phoenix1966 characters in the past month: Ulrich (always loved those brows) and Locke. That brings my Phoenix total to eight, including one from Renderosity.

    Thanks Scott. You know, it was you and Luci whose renders I kept coming back to when deciding who to buy! So thanks for the recommendations in your own earlier work. :)

    Ulrich is a new one for me too, I just need to decide on a morph for him as I'm using him on Genesis, but yes his face is full of character and those brows.... Same goes for Hanzo who is a very welcome addition and will give the Asian guys some variety.

    I also have Ibrahim (one of the only characters I've ever bought on day of release), Caleb, Livia, and picked up Stolz the Younger add-on in advance of Stolz during the sale.

    I'd love to see Locke if you get a chance to render him, I couldn't find anything in the forum to preview him so made the Genesis guys my priority this time round. Still need to pick up Doyle and Thomas though. Oh and Horatio. It's sad that Phoenix1966 doesn't publish here these days.

    I have all but Tandy that you mentioned in your top-5 (though I only saw 4??) - I have almost all of Phoenix1966's store now (17/19) certainly all the men (just Indira and Livia to go)

    Yes, I had a couple sharing the other spot. Adal and Rikur, the textures for the Sighni Dress in the PC. I couldn't choose between them so put them both down. :)

    I got Rikur after seeing it in your renders here. Moyra outdid herself on both texture pairs.

    Livia is everything you'd expect from the quality of Phoenix1966's work (I know we're all fans here). She has a very pale, porcelain complexion and a slender body morph that doesn't always play nice with auto-fitted clothing, but I've had that issue with other 3rd party body morphs too. I've paired her with Ibrahim who is also on the pale side so you can see how she compares.
