How an artist creates a real world look-a-like.

This might be of interest to some. It is about the process of creating a look-a-like from start to end to look exactly like who you are modeling (sculpting). The YouTube tutorial link is well worth watching to learn how a master artist creates a look-a-like down to the smallest detail. I ended up even more impressed than before by the artist who make high level models. A lot of respect to them all.

How I can across this. I saw stunning 3D model images of Scarlett Johansson. The detail and exactness were stellar (moles, ears, eyes, lips etc). I tracked down the artist, Hossein Diba. He has a YouTube channel where he features his 3D renders -- done in ZBrush which can move models back-and-forth with Daz Studio. He has a 45 minute tutorial where he takes a base head and creates an outsatnding George Cloney model.

Take a look and see what you think. (Some might find it useful for tweaking a model to get a more of the look they want.)

Krashwerks has done indi sculpts before. I'm sure G8 Julia ( see rendo /marketplace/products/144735/krashwerks-julia-for-genesis-8-female) is one such. The nice thing about Kelsey is the more realistic (or is it 'Less Unrealistic'?) ratio of waist depth to bottom protrustion and waist width to max hip width. Looks like a much more real character than some they've done in the past.
