I thought about Moriarty too... But no Little Caprice (unless you thing every V3D character could be turned into Little Caprice, who, b.t.w., have already two characters modeled on her).
HID Raina looks super familiar, but I can't place her. The prevalence of elf-eared promo renders make me think she's in Rings of Power, but I haven't watched that yet.
Her smile in the second-last promo, with pink hair and a body suit, makes me think of Ritu Arya (Lila Pitts in "The Umbrella Academy"), but that's the only one of the promos that does. The skin tones do suggest a person of South Asian ancestry, though.
Speaking of which, are there any Ritu Arya clones out there?
Possibly Deepika Padukone? Though the fantasy ears stuff throws me off. She could just be an original character based on different bollywood actresses.
Magnus1781 over at DeviantArt has a head morph for her: https://www.deviantart.com/magnus1781/art/R-Brosnahan-977472568
Some FaceGen-generated skin textures, too: https://www.deviantart.com/magnus1781/art/Facegen-Textures-14-979363603
Agreed. A second LDR from V3D for me. Possibly a more idealised, early career variation. Fantastically done if so. Could be based on someone else entirely, but maybe done when LDR was still fresh in V3D's mind.
In fact, she's scarily similar to what I did with Carmen. I mixed her with Blanche and gave her an earlier career nose.
Totally not Lana Del Rey since the previous V3D character *was* a Lana Del Rey way more looking-like (V3D Carmen; IMHO, she -- or he... no idea -- nailed in this one 100%). I don't think it makes any logic to release a character that really looks like a celebrity and, right after, release one that, well... Clearly doesn't look like her so much (I think that, if I know the celebrity, and I look at the character and doesn't recognize the celebrity immediately, it's a failure unless the objective is to do more like a caricature than an exact look-a-like).
Though I wouldn't say it's 100% nailing this time (though it's close, like 90%), it clearly looks like Moriarty.
She's Emily Ratajkowski's sister.
If it's LDR then it looks nothing like her, the mouth and nose (LDRs unique septum in particular) is completely wrong.
V3D carmen is LDR why would he do another ?
Genesis 8 vs Genesis 9 - unlike most 3D modeling artists who simply convert existing products to a new generation character mesh and reuse the name, Eg. HID3D routinely remodels celebrity likenesses from scratch for new base characters and gives them unique product names like:
ETA: Also, there is no rule that the same artist can't do more than one modeling of a celebrity likeness even over the same figure generation. Maybe one is a "photo accurate" comission whereas another is a more stylized/caricatured take. Or even just an alternate version or a redo utilizing new/different modeling techniques.
I'd like to chime in and add that HID3D makes some of the best celebrity lookalikes around. His Gen 8 an and 8.1 models look better than even other PAs products coming out today-across all generations.
but theyre both G9 ????
See my updated post. Also - unlike a lot of other character artists, Vicey3D puts a great deal of time and effort into modeling bodies (not just faces) accurately for irl likenesses. And both V3D Vanessa and V3D Carmen specifically do not have either Erin Moriarty or Marketa Stroblova's body type(s) - but do have Elizabeth Grant's.
