    That's last week's freebie, so it's normal it's not free.

    Try clearing the cache or a forced refresh of the Daz+ page, it should display the new one.

    I replied to the other thread but the products on there are correct and the new one showing.

    Lightning Deals is not working properly. All my lightning deals items are only the 30% off for being DOs in my cart. There is no extra 60% off .

    Strange, the discount was working at the beginning of the current three-hour period but like Charlie Judge said, it's not working anymore.

    Same here and refreshing (sometimes it seems like LD are stuck on the previous listing) didn't help. I suppose I'll see what happens in the 30 mins when the offer changes.

    Same here. And putting all four in the cart does not result in them being discounted to 60% either.

    My best gues for people who are seing prices all over the place: it's due to other discounts.

    Using my current LDs as a test subject:

    Does someone knows if Daz would honor a Lightning Deal bug, and how long it would take if the answer is positive ?

    The wings from the X-Fashion Crow Lace Lingerie are nice, the Aerial Dancer Outfit not that bad too and if my maths are right, with the 60% LD discounts, it's $2.69 for the X-Fashion whole set (so just a tiny be costlier than the cheapest the wings were alone without taking tokens into account) and $2.94 for the dancer outfit.

    I would certainly open a sales support ticket, attaching a screenshot, though I don't know how quick the response would be (and can't gurrantee it would be favourable).

    I'm not jumping through hoops to correct lightning deal bugs. Those are only fun when they work, when it's something appealing to me, and they're showing me a great deal

    Daz was kind enough to honor LD pricing for me, when I had some items jump in price in the cart. (This happened before they added the "all 4 items in cart" disclaimer.) I didn't have screenshots as I planned to let it go until Richard encouraged me to open a ticket. So it's worth a try.

    Now the process was a bit clunky. I had to buy a gift card to cover the LD prices, then CS manually added the models to my account. But I was happy they were willing to work with me. I think it took 1, maybe 2 business days.

    Not sure if this is the right spot for this, but  there is a sale  thing in Install Manager which says save 30% on your order but the discount given is only 20%

    So where are the "Details Inside", referenced in the DIM ad? I click that link and it goes to https://www.daz3d.com/shop?utm_medium=dim_footer_targeted&utm_source=dim

    I don't see any explanation or details displayed on that linked page. It just shows the regular banners and store, it looks like to me. Is this another Daz test? Do they want ot know if we look at DIM ads and complain when they are inconsistent and misleading? I only saw that ad, because someone posted about it here, so I went to look.

    Ask about why the "Details Inside" button doesn't display any details, while you are reporting problems with that ad.
