    Anyhow, a new one... I got the idea to make this while reading a photography book. The author put a speedlight inside of an umbrella to direct the light around the subject.

    That idea inspired me to create "Boudoir, Interrupted". I think the title is self-explanatory.

    The learning process for this render *isn't* the artistic layout, but rather the technical parts. Volumetric rendering still takes several hours, so I had to do a lot of post-work while rendering different planes/elements in various -- read: workaround -- ways.

    Anyhow, like the previous one, there's a lot more I could do to fix up this particular piece, but it's already 1:30AM.

    I haven't really been posting my artwork or working on my tutorial lately because of work... but I found a bit of time to work on a couple of renders. Tried my hand at a custom Asian face, ever since I found out that, despite being Asian myself, I'm rather face-blind in terms of what an Asian face looks like...

    Skin and body shape is P3D Emi, with some adjustments using Anagenesis Revolution and Paintshop Pro/Nik filters.

    Thanks! The skin is actually P3D Emi ran through Anagenesis Revolution, with the medium pores and brightness presets...

    I can't believe I'm still busy with work -- it's supposed to be our down period.

    I have a whole bunch of WIPs in my drive, but this is the one that turned out the best. Ironicallly, I also spent the *least* amount of time on it.

    Really like that last one.  And you characters look Asian to me as well.  Beautifully done.
