Made this for the transport contest, finally finished it. Amarylis city and eagle transport by Herminio Nieves, re-textured in Bryce.
adbc - very well done scene, nice colours and sky.
Horo : thank you.
adbc: A cool scene! I like that wide layout and the ship's mat.
Thank you hubert (missed your comment at the end of the previous page).
Love the format on the image adbc. Also like the composition and the water. Bryce does shiny so well.
hubert, NGartplay : thank you.
The object was made in Structure Synth and in the middle 36 Metaballs, light and colour by an HDRI. Rendered with depth of field with the DoF-Ring lens in front of the camera.
DoF turned out pretty nice here!
Awesome Horo. Like the metaballs in the middle.
FOV at 180. Three views of the same composition. Camera, Director and Front. I was trying to figure out how I made one of my old images.
Horo : Colourful transparent object, very well lighted, great use of DOF.
NGartplay : Awesome abstracts, beautiful soft colours.
Past as Future - thank you.
NGartplay - thank you. Nicely done abstracts.
adbc - thank you.
Hi Horo, I figured out what I was doing wrong when I had the link showing. I was using the link ICON on the task bar instead of the link TAB in the image box.
Horo: Cool design/structure! It reminds me of the ITER reactor... let's start the fusion process. :)
NGartplay: Beautiful flow and softness. Cool variants.
NGartplay - clever!
hubert - thank you.
Five infinite planes arranged to a Kaleidoscope with a self made material. In the centre a sphere with a transparency controlling material and within the Rainbow HDRI for light and colour. A blue sun with negative light enhances the contrast. In front of the camera the GWL from Lenses and Filters, view angle 345°. Coloured forms, patterns and bands.
Horo, love this beauty. The colors are so pretty and the complexity makes it so interesting.
Horo : impressive abstract, beautiful colours.
mermaid : thank you. Sorry to hear your laptop died.
so many wondeful new renders you have all been busy I love them all
trying out some new assets from quixel bridge bit of a round about job getting them Bryce friendly. made possible by finally getting large address aware to work
Started with download in quixel bridge export to blender save as wavefront object then load into Daz as Bryce doesn't display correctly or find the materials, well just most vegetation, everything else is fine .then load the mtl file blender creates into notepad to find the materials that get saved in a megascan folder then load into Bryce and save as preset
how it is in Bryce final on left wavefront file from blender on the right
finding where the materials are with notepad
NGartplay - thank you.
mermaid - thank you. Oh no, what a bad luck. I do hope you can sort it out eventually.
adbc - thank you.
spuddy - very nicely done scene, obviously you took an elaborate way.
Thanks Horo...yes it is elaborate but is was the only way i could do it I tried to apply the materials onto the blender file but couldn't make it work.the file exported from Quixel Bridge doesn't load into Bryce get Generic Failure .so as there is an export bridge to blender it is easier to use that ..... also .that file direct from Quixel bridge doesn't load into Daz to give the finished model either
Mermaid, so sorry to hear about your computer...ugh. I've been there. I'm lost without my computer.
Spuddy, great looking vegetation.
Thanks everyone. It will be a while before I get the laptop sorted out or get a new one. Trying to post an image, from the Islands 2 product. Sorry the software doesn't allow spacing/paragraphs although I type normally with spacing.
Horo: A complex scene set up with a beautiful result.
Mermaid:
- Sorry to read the bad news about your laptop. (Know that, been there with one of my PCs only few weeks ago.) I hope that you will get your laptop repaired asp resp. an apt replacement.
- A beautiful shore scene! Great composition and mats.
spuddy: A wonderful forest scenery and an impressive workflow which required quite some efforts.
spuddy : wonderful "vegetation" scene, great job.
mermaid : Delightful scene with the rocks.
