    spuddy:
A beautiful and very moody barn scene! (Though slightly too dark on most of my devices.)

    Hansmar:
    - Nice set of landscapes. Great terrain and texture work!
    - Your abstract images are cool. The golden one is my favorite.

    Fencepost:
Fascinating experimenting!! I like the last one for its smoothness and the vivid rainbow coloring.

    Mermaid:
A nicely done seascape. I like the rugged terrain and crisp mat. Great water and atmosphere.

mermaid - the river looks very realistic and the terrain fits the scene well.

adbc - oh that looks a bit like a golden fish. Beautifully presented object.

mermaid, oh my, gorgeous landscape.  I had a look at your link.  Useful product.  Well done!

adbc, that's so cool.  I saw a krill dropped into water at first, then an exploding owl but now it's a space scene with an explosion.  Very intriguing work.

adbc, just noticed that you have a shadow of the object in the lower left.  Have you played around with turning off shadows for that material? Would look even more like space.

adbc: A fascinating creature from Outer Space™! Very cool!! -- Are the presumed shadows (in the lower right and upper left corner) possibly reflections of this shape or even more creatures? If latter... invasion has started! HELP! ;)

Horo, NGartplay, hubert : thank you.

NGartplay : I played around but did not turn off the shadows, they are reflections of this shape, but who knows more creatures....sometimes Bryce scenes just happen.

Thanks Hubert, Adbc, Horo and NGartplay for the nice comments

Adbc Wow awesome scene, cool object, I like the reflection.

The terrain was self made in the TE (Mordor) and given a material from the High Resolution Terrains 4 set. The aircraft is Terrainian2 by Miklos. Sky and ambient light by the Gasclouds_A1 HDRI and some light by the sun.

Horo, lovely atmosphere against a stark terrain.  I like the airplane leaving the scene.

NGartplay, Horo, mermaid, adbc, spuddy, Hubert, Thanks very much.

Fencepost: great experimenting. Though in this case, I think I also prefer the 8-bit one. Terrains tend not to be very smooth, do they?

Adbc, Wonderful object and fantastic render.

Horo, great landscape, very uninhabitable, I guess. Good depth in this one.

Messing around with the strange plants.  Always love a shiny, reflective abstract.

Wow superb abstract NGartplay I like the contrasting colors

  • HoroHoro Posts: 10,644

NGartplay - thank you. The airplane is meant to approach but it is very difficult to decide in which direction it is actually flying.
Now what you've done with your flowers is fantastic, great idea and very nicely done.

    Thank you Hansmar and mermaid.

    Horo:
A fantastic landscape! Awesome terrain, mats and lighting! I like the contrast between the barren terrains and the beautiful soft sky.

    NGartplay:
Fascinating plants (great modeling!) in a cool otherworldly scene.

"(quote) Always love a shiny, reflective abstract." -- Ditto!  :)

Fabulous trees Spuddy.  They look very real.  They aren't Bryce trees?

Horo, I see now.  It's not a standard plane...more of a spacecraft type?

Thank you Horo, adbc and mermaid.  I usually don't ever use red but I thought that it looked nice here.

mermaid, that is so lovely.  I like the color of the sky and how the clouds frame the mountian.

spuddy - those trees look very good.

NGartplay - yes, it's sort of a spacecraft.

mermaid - very nice scene, I like how the clouds make the mountain the focus.

spuddy : still very realistic, good idea to add the water.

A fantasy image, used some strange plants from NGartplay, added a frog (free from the net), the fairie is from Shredder at sharecg.
