    Mine was only 10%, and I thought that I had spent a lot in the past 30 days.

    BTW - if you missed the HOLLIDAZ coupon yesterday to get a free RDNA item, you can use it twice today.  At least, I did.

    My spending with Daz has dropped off a lot over the last year, as I don't buy Genesis 3 stuff or things like iRay shaders and DS lights, as none of these things work in Carrara. So 80-90% of new Daz products are useless to me.  I presume it's what they wanted.

    I'm with you, Philw, Although I'm combing the 'deals' on older stuff that they keep tossing out there... as likely as it is I'll never get to using it all. but I might... maybe. someday.

    I'd say 'irresponsible' is a pretty good adjective from this camp too - lol (sigh).

    petipet's stuff is awesome. I always snap it up, even if I don't know what I'll use it for, 'cause it's so well done. The neo-retro style of the vehicles appeals to me. In this particular set, I dig the futuristic tri-monitor setup for the desktop computer.

    Sometimes I just can't - so I do have some that I have to catch up on - some that I really, Really want too! Like the New Colony and New Colony Props set. There are others too. But, yeah... Huge petipet fan = Me!

    Emarrasingly enough, I haven't had time to load in the new Med Bay, and still haven't picked up the Barracks, which I've asked Santa for. They go along with This Sci Fi Cockpit Interior, which are all meant to be interior pieces for his Starship Antares (which I have optimized, just not rendered), but work for any large star ship interior.

    All of his products have Poser versions I think. I haven't been working with Gigantic-style robots yet, but I've heard a long time ago that one of his robot's morphs don't work properly in Carrara. I wonder if that was a DUF version attempt though. All of the products I have from petipet dials work perfectly. I also love all of the fine maps for configuring shaders. But that goes for many Daz3d artists as well - love the maps!

    I got TerraDome 2 for my Free grab from RDNA - though it was kinda tough... there are a lot of fun things in that list to grab for free. Those plants and rocks and such are just cool. I like a lot of Traveler's stuff. That Humming bird almost got my click several times.

    Bummer of it is that the only way to apply materials to it (TerraDome 2) is via MC6 files, which don't work in Carrara. I can always build my own shaders easily enough, but this is the one product that I'd really like to see what the original artist had in mind as far as scaling and such. Thank goodness for EddyMI!!! Thanks Eddy for that cool tool!

    I also spent a little time perusing the RDNA $7 sale - even knowing I can't get anything, it's fun to see the cool stuff that got added to the store. I look at a lot of these things - not as they are in the promos, but as I think they might become in Carrara. Travelers plants and such look like they'll replicate really nice. Mortem Vetus really has some cool stuff for M4 and V4 too!

    UB -- mine's 15%, and I have yet to use it. I spent so much money during the Orgy of Consumption I mean PA Sale, and nothing new has been really grabbing my attention...

    Dart -- yeah, it would be great to build out one of my character's labs with some of that petipet medbay stuff, but I have a huge backlog of content that I haven't even downloaded, much less installed, much less used. SO MANY POSSIBILITIES, SO LITTLE TIME.

    Same here.  As I learned here from others, apparently even a simple *.DUF prop won't work in Carrara if its a rigged figure using scaling.  I don't see a way to tell what will work, Carrara is almost never listed as compatible.  So its Carrara and Poser format for me, which means only the old stuff at DAZ, most of which I already have.  at least all the good old stuff.  cool

    I checked without logging into DAZ and the banner does not even appear.  I've no idea if the "Holiday Loyalty Reward" might also change for those who are PC+.

    Sorry to have brought it up. It sounds a lot like the Xmas bonus that I received one year... mine was so ridiculously low, less taxes, compared to other fellow workers that I didn't even cash it... instead I framed it since to me it was so laughable and at the same time a bit dipressing.

    Let's get back to mentioning things on sale... eh.

    Double-posting, but...

    FYI: For those that have/got the terradome2 base that's recently been in the local RDNA sales, there are two Poser script-based expansion tools over at runtimedna that aren't coming over to DAZ and will only be available for 1.9 more days:

    By a vendor who did not migrate (semidieu). Both are on final blowout sale (60%) and may never be available again, although some of his stuff is popping up at hivewire and rendo...

    The first package (eco @ $7.00) is an instancing tool (not true instances, but replication and distribution of objects (like trees) in a terradome2 environment. Poser only), but I imagine anything you create/save there can be exported as a standard Poser scene and imported into Carrara. It looks like this tool is pretty capable and uses distribution maps the like. I know Carrara does this natively, but there may be a reason for terradome2 users (or poser users...) to consider this tool.

    The second package (elevation @ $4.80) is an elevation creation tool for the terraradome2 environment (creates terrain environments and supplies them as morphs to the base TD2 system). Like above, there may be value for someone who uses both Poser and/or Carrara  (or possibly DS users too).

    TIme is ticking on these.

    Just keep a look out for those dreaded MC6 files in the product's description. Some of Traveler's products have maps - so I think those might be able to get working in Carrara by building our own shaders. I have no clue what Render Studio is. 

    If in total doubt, perhaps go for some of those cool weapons? V4 morphs?

    Mine was 10%, and now it is 30% - with no new major expenditure (I spent 15 bucks total in the past week on Stonemason Urban Sprawl 2, petipet, and the Freak 5 pro bundle).

    I got 5 free items today when I bought the pirate weapons for a couple of dollars.. after my 20% discount awards

    The free items to choose from are 159 pages for me.. so I selected V4 M4 G G2 only and it went down to 15 pages which made it a bit easier to go through..

    Be warned... I found that when limited to G2 that models are not seleted unless they are for G2.

    Lots of cool stuff in there, no matter which character geneation we like to use!

    I was tempted to get a pile of Generation 3 stuff. I have all of the Generation 3 clones for Genesis 1 as well as (I think) all of the original Gen 3 figures. I haven't tried them in... like... forever. But I remember having a hard time switching to V4 from V3 back in the day. 

    It would be strange going from Generation 4 to Generation 3, however, since they didn't have the auto-follow functions yet - so we have to dial the accessories separately from the main figure. But that has some benefits as well - like not being restricted to using only the shape morphs we use on our main figure onto the clothes for better/different shaping and fit options. But all in all, I do like 4 better... I think.

    Being the creature fan that I am, I got Nybras and his expansion. He works really well in Carrara!

    There's a lot of fun creatures and dinosaurs in there - including the full versions (Not the LE versions) of Millennium Horse and Millennium Cat!

    Lots of Dragon stuff too!

    I wish this sale would continue to grow like this until we each got everything on the list!
