Hi all!  This was going to be my entry in the Fall challenge. But my degrading vision and my 5X readers will only allow me about an hour before I have to quit. Given all that I still love doing Bryce..

Anyway, there are 50 instanced Bryce trees in the background, 9  Xfrog trees the foreground and 16 instanced grass by THC. I don't remember where the cottage came from. The HDRI sky is by Horo.

    Thanks for looking!

Dan - nice to see you here. I am sorry to hear about your degrading vision, this is not only bad for doing Bryce work. Excellent fall/autumn scene with the cottage and all those instanced trees. A lot of work went into this artwork.

The terrain is from Terrain Stacking with a material assembled and with modified colours from High Resolution Terrains 1 and 2. Sky and ambient light by an HDRI from High Resolution Terrains 3 and the key light by the sun.

  • I saw a image made by Rashad with glass figurines, which inspired me to create glass objects, too.

Beautiful scene Dan, sorry to hear about your vision.

    Wonderful  scene Horo

Very nice examples of Glass render, Electro-Elvis; awesome result.

I textured some parts of David’s Sci Fi Space Ship after downloading the FXB file, Thanks Past as Future for the tip about the FXB file. The background is an Hdri from Deep Space 2

Electro-Elvis - very nice glass spheres. Because transparent materials can be given refraction, even impossible ones below 1, in Bryce, very interesting materials can be created.

mermaid - thank you. Cool and very nicely done space scene.

Wow, everyone!  Thanks for such beautiful work.

Horo, mermaid, bunyip, Hansmar, Teobald, Electro Elvis and Dan...so impressive.  Landscapes, space scenes, abstracts, a study in glass...and Dan, that is a perfect autumn challenge image.  Sorry that you didn't make it on time.

Dan, Sorry to hear about your deteriorating vision. But glad you can still do some Bryce and your render looks very nice.

    Horo, Beautiful landscape, wonderful textures.

Electro-Elvis, those glass objects are very well presented.

Mermaid, well done space scene. At first I thought the flyer was a paper plane cheeky.

    NGartplay, thank you.

I created a curved tree species and used five versions with multiple instances for the lane, using three terrains as well. There is a red cardinal bird in the picture too.

Next I used a lady I downloaded recently from DAZ with an environment (Acheron pit) and let the lady perform. You cannot see the spectators though ...

Another space scene, using the Space Construction Kit and one of the Space HDRI's, both from Horo and David Brinnen. Wonderful material for great renders. I added a Boolean object up front, because I thought something more was needed.

The wonderful Space Station is by Bunyip02, I changed the texture on part of it.

Hansmar - thank you. Great looking alley with the trees and the bird. The Acheron pit with the performing lady also looks very nicely. Great space scene with Bunyip02's space station. Three very well done renders.

The terrain is from High Resolution Terrains (HRT) 2 with a material from HRT 1, the water terrain was self made, the material from HRT 4 and the sun rays from Environments - Inclement Weather. The ship is the HMS Victory. In front of the camera a warm-red filter from Lenses and Filters. Sky and ambient light by an HDRI from Gritstone Hills and the key light by the sun.

Hansmar, I'm in love with your curved trees.  It looks like a scene from one of my computer games.  Love it.

Horo, beautiful cave and sunlight.  The snowy scene looks harsh.  Cold winter ahead.

The objects and the used, modified materials are from Fifty Funky Shapes and Fifty Funky Metals. They stand on the ground plane with some reflection. Backdrop and light by an HDRI from Hyper Textures Base. No sun.

Beautifully presented objects, Horo,  the lighting is awesome so are the colors.

Another attempt at Instancing, I used Art Wade’s pdf found on Horo’s site. I used the red flowers from the presets, and an Hdri from the Hdri Enhanced Skies, the terrains I think are from Slepalex.

Thank you mermaid. Nicely done instanced flowers. Do you remember the render you made quite a while ago. See the end of the thread: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/67986/tutorial-bryce-instancing-without-the-instancing-lab
