Reported, thank you
Fixedish - it won't show as free until the final cart view, and for me it isn't showing in the main store (but you can reach it from today's promo page or the cart link).
Thanks Richard, it seems to be working properly now, and I was able to purchase it (showing as free as soon as you add to cart).
The extra 20% off Art Ken, Esid and FenixPhoenix's store with the daily deal isn't applying in my cart:
If you don't have any bonus punch discount, that 60% discount is a 50% with the 20% extra discount already applied.
But the price appears the same even without the daily item in the cart, and on the store page.
The 20% extra discount for buying two Holydaz items is supposed to apply only on Debut New items and the extra 20% discount on PAs selling an Holidaz items (or today's freebie) doesn't require buying an Holydaz item.
Just an FYI, I'm not a new PA, I was just inactive here for a long time - most of my older stuff here are DAZ owned (I had my name removed due to my previous exclusivity status elsewhere). My texture expansions have been called "Private Moments", 7th Ave", "Sirens', etc. for probably 15+ years of the last 24 years that I've created content. Originally this was done to create a unique brand line - as most designer's have, that also included the name of the base product; rather than a random name that didn't utilize the base product.
This isn't a migrated item. I checked prior to uploading any new items for product naming requirements and it is in line with DAZ's current requirements - the very first line of the description states it's a texture set.
The term "textures" could be added to the titles - it just makes them really long which looks sloppy imo as you can't see the full name without mousing over. It honestly never occurred to me that it was an issue when the description always states in the beginning that they are textures.
The generation gets left off texture expansions on the pages. I do mark them on upload but as it's compatible to the base product which is listed as required and has the generation name thats likely why a generation doesn't show on the product pages. Again it could be added to the name but the same issue as above occurs where you don't actually see that unless you mouse over or open the product page. If you open the page to see the options then all the info is there.
I agree with Joanna. I don't know the product lines you mention, but I would like to be able to see at a glance what kind of product it is. It's just annoying to have to click on the product page to find out (maybe) that it's textures, and (maybe) what generation the associated model was designed for. It's true: the standard here has suffered since the mass migration - in some respects. But that would be material for another forum; this one is not intended for discussions.
I will keep that in mind with future releases of texture expansions, to at least add "Textures' to the title. As I said, it just never occurred to me that it was an issue, it had never come up before as such.
I understand your explanations, but from a customer perspective, I don't have much care for them, especially when your reasoning makes my life all the harder. Back in a day, it might have not mattered that much with fewer products overall, fewer PA probably as well, and fewer generations. Now it definitely does. Hovering over a name that is long is still quicker than having to load a new page, scroll down, and scan through the description to see what the product is. And if I have to go into the product descriptions to figure out that this is a texture addon because you stick to the letter of Daz rules rather than the spirit of making things easier for users, I'll likely remember your name, and not in a good way. With so many products and so many PAs, I'd wager it's more reasonable to make customers remember you the right way, as someone who makes their lives easier, instead of a someone saying, "well, I did it this way for 15 years now."
Just a thought.

Doesn't seem to be working for me...
The Required Products for "SIC dForce Jilly Sweater for Genesis 9" is referencing itself.
Hmmm. Editorial license on:

Thank you, will report.

This discount doesn't seem to work. I have $97 after discounts and before tax in cart. Adding a item over $3 doesn't cause the overall price to dip 20%.
Last time I saw an issue like this and filed a support ticket, I received a support three days later saying to just make the purchase and they'd fix it later. As if I could "just make the purchase three days ago".
It does not work for me either. Perhaps the 20% reduction will apply after one presses the "Place your order" button. But I am not gonna take that risk, I have seen too many bugs and errors before to know better. In addition, there is a bug that my X-mas calender offer for today displays an item for 2.99 USD that at the same time is also in the "fast grab" sale with 70% reduced price. After pressing add-to-my-cart in the X-mas calender, the bug now causes the item to appear in my cart with the "fast grab" price. So it's about 7 USD, not 2.99 USD. Annoying, to say the least.
Seems to be working here. Not sure when the $100 cart applies, but it appears like it may be before some stacking discounts. I've a $42 cart with 8 tokens, so possibly before punches. $42 / 0.6 punches / 0.7 tokens = $100.
Ok, so it is working. I built the cart again when speaking with Daz and I put in the first item and it was 70% and it changed to 76% after adding in several items.
Chrryt's store not showing the extra 20% off though: https://www.daz3d.com/chrryt#filtered=1
You mean if you add items from their store to your cart?

Huh, it's not working for me though. I built a cart with an 85 dollar total, then took out one item and brought it down to 79 with that, and the discounts did not change, except, weirdly, for the special holiday deal thingie. I think this could use some more experimenting, there're maybe hidden exclusions in place methinks. I didn't have any tokens or coupons applied. Most, but not all items were new things.
Edit: But the discounts ARE higher than usual I think. They should be going down again though. I don't really get this yet.
Edit edit: Sorry, don't know why this got double posted instead of edited.
Has to total over $100 though.
They're in the select artists bit at the top of the sale (door buster type products), which means their store should have an extra 20% off. Items in their store and also in the featured artists selection shows 50% off rather than 60%. Other items have no discount rather than 20%. Tried adding to cart and their items also have 20% less off there than other artists stores that are part of that sale.
Dont know if that makes sense. Early here.
Sorry, was being stupid, I'll try again.
The 20% discount is still not working for me. It would be much more transparent with a coupon code for this. You'd go over 100 USD in your cart, you'd apply the code, done. Much simpler that way.
I agree. When I got to $97 and there's no immediate drop after adding a $10 item. Nothing happened.
