    Poses from the same  generation can be used by the different sexes. You can also use the poses and apply them to monsters and other creatures for the same generation. Size differences and adjustments may need to be made though because for example a lot of female poses are done with heels, and or have exaggerated hips which will need some alteration.

    Agent unawares offers tools for free which allow you to apply the poses from gen 3  generation. There is also a transgender freebie on their deviant art page so you can make Genesis 8 female male and vice versa if you would prefer.

    Bought it, but haven't downloaded yet.

    I will admit, I don't understand why the first four promo images exist. I mean, having seen the promo images that come after those, I get what the vendor was trying to show, but with nothing to compare to, all you can say is "... OK, armpits. And shoulder blades that maybe shouldn't do ... that, exactly." (The scapula protrusion looks to be lower than it should be, but I think that's actually just the angle the characters are photographed at. Plus, it's not like there's much of a scapula protrusion without those morphs. But still, comparison images would have been very useful there.)

    There is some overlap, I think, with what Auto Shape Enhancer does for the neck and armpits; using them both at the same time would be serious overkill.

    I tested it out and for me I can’t decide. Both Owen and Boyd are pretty muscular and buff so the added creases and dents are hard to discern. There is almost no benefit that I can see for regular poses where the character is just standing. Some of the most changes I can see are in the tummy above the elements. That morph when applied seemed to affect the elements by pushing them out a bit  more than normal.

     In bending scenes I can see more definition to the knee caps. 

    I don’t see anything too different though and I’m not sure it is worth 20 dollars. Maybe on a character with little definition to begin with it might make it look more real. But a few extra creases on my guys are like wrinkles on an elephant.

    Okay, here I decided to select poses where the new morphs might trigger. For some reason, I don't get a lot of change with these morphs. In this case, if you download the files you can see the morphs tighten the pelvis area and the thigh.  Thats about it. The first image is going to be the one with the morphs in all of these.

    Similar results. The pelvic area is pulled in, and the muscle of the bent thigh is tightened slighly.

    And in case it is just Boyd.... I have tried with Owen as well. I have pointed out where the product is making changes... So you can see for yourself.

    I agree. I don't see any significant improvement when using this product.

    I wonder if maybe it would show more on a character like Tristan. It may be that you've already done so much work on Owen and Boyd, and they're so muscular, that whatever the morphs do doesn't show as well.

    EDIT: I did a quick and dirty test on base G8M with a pose similar to the promos, and one with the very muscular M3D Hero.

    It really is somewhat easier to see with less muscular characters, but it's also more subtle than expected. I used the preset, so all the morphs were dialed to 100% automatically.

    Oddly enough, I like the subtlety of the morphs... kind of like the HD morphs that add a subtle hard to pin down realness but I can see how they aren't for all people.

    I like the idea, but I tend to use muscular figures and so I don’t see a huge value for me. Maybe if I liked guys who were more slender. One thing I didnt try was boosting the parameters beyond default to say 150. 

    i was also really interested in the neck morphs but the tendon look must already be happening with some of my existing morphs.

    To me, a significant issue with base G8M is that the shoulder,deltoid,clavicle,armpit area has a tendancy to look deformed whenever the arms are even moderately extended in an upwards direction.  In some ways this is more pronounced on muscular figures, but in some cases less so.

    I dont think this new morph product really fixes the issues with the rigid deltoid and soft clavicle.  But i do like what it appears to do with the neck and pectorals.

    Have to say, the promos don't look that interesting though.

    M3d ads jcms and correctives to his characters so morphs should not be needed, but to me the improvement there is difficult to discern with the naked eye.  Yes there are some improvements with Basic figures lacking definition or hd, but I don’t see much in the way of improvements in figures with more details.

    to even notice the changes I must place them on top of each other and flip back and forth.

    So I think I've figured out whats going on with Ultimate Bends. I really don't get much love for the product until I unlock the parameter dials which are stuck at 100, and increase it to say: 1000. I don't honestly know why the pa kept the product restrained at such a low number. It really can look good much higher, and I think it is needed for muscular figures. When I changed it to 1000, the glutes, and shoulder blades look much more realistic as Boyd seems to be straining in this position. I like it! You can of course adjust each morph if you think it is over kill.

    Well, for no reason that I can describe, I decided to embrace the massochism and file a ticket regarding Yvanovich Bun Hair.

    Weirdly, I think XTransfer may somehow have partially fixed it, although I can't quite figure out how. When I first got it, the hair used to come into the scene either in the middle of the character's head or lower. That doesn't happen any more.

    What does happen now, though, is that if I bend or twist the character, the hair gets very very stretchy for a second, and then it sort of detaches itself and remains behind. I did a screen recording so they could see it, since for two of the last three tickets I've submitted, they asked for screen recordings. Plus it was the easiest way to show the issue.

    I fully expect to be told that this is a new feature of the hair, and not a bug, and they have no plans to fix it or to ask Neftis to do so. (I wish she was active in the forums so we could just tell her, but I understand not wanting to do that.)

    In any event, it might be worth kicking the tires and bumping your own ticket to see if they say anything at all.

    Customer service responds that this hair hasn’t been worked on yet. If I remember correctly there is a work around.... you can parentit manually to the head. I’ll look at it when I get home from work.

    Soto's new Spiky Hair for Genesis 3 and 8. This is a dense, wirey hair with a nappy hair scalp  that will take up a fair amount of render time to use. It is 841 MB. 

    The short dense,  scalp hair wasn't something I noticed in the promos, but you can see it when you render up close. I think it looks very realistic, and is begging for some highlights. I wll have to see if there are some.

    Boyd and Owen once again paint Boyd's grandmother's historic home, bright pink. I was going to paint it a different color, this time... However the windows have fake pictures on them, and the lavendar clashed with the red velvet. So I once again opted for bright pink.

    In answer to the Question a forum member had, Yvanovich Hair can be manually parented to G8M's head, and you should be able to avoid it jumping around when the character is posed. You will need some hairline product underneath though. The hair is missing any form of sideburns and relies on the beard to have the burns. Unfortuntely, there is no way to hide the rest of the beard, so it is either  the handlebar mustache and beard, or no sideburns

    Mine doesn't appear to be parenting properly to the head. It also doesn't cover the back of the head, and there doesn't seem to be adjustments. Please let me know if you have it.
