Horo: These alien artefacts look like some horible virus to me now. But the render is great.

mermaid010. Wonderful lighting in these abstracts. I once tried out the indirect lighting, but never returned to it. Don's ask me why.

Spuddy: Nice terrain renders and very nice digital paintings. The first one, with the snow, is probably more difficult to get into a render than the second one. But both must be doable. Maybe a nice challenge for some of us to reproduce a digital painting in Bryce?

I have just learned for instance that changing the ambient light colour alters everything

    Awesome sunsets, like them both.

Spuddy: I might want to try one or both of your digital paintings in Bryce. But I will not have a lot of time for Bryce for a while, so it will have to wait. Your sea shore render is very good and your sun set renders are also very nice. Indeed, there are many options to change colours and lighting in a scene. Just test a lot of things and you will see. For example, play with the sky colour as well, that will have an effect too.

Electro-elvis: Nice use of the wall. Good colouring overall.

My latest work started out as a pure abstract. There is a frame in the background, a sphere, held by a couple of arms, three infinite reflective plains and three bees. Then, in the middle, is a human figure. The figure is realistic in origin, but there is a self-made distorting lens before the camera resulting in the effect seen. I thought it looked like a portal and therefore I decided to call it 'Lady Envy', which is a reference to a fantasy series called 'Malazan books of the fallen' in which Lady Envy is a main character in book three.

Wow fantastic work, Hansmar, you are getting very nice results with the distorted lens.
