I guess so! I see the claws, but that is about all that is still recognizable of the bear. I guess he was hibernating too long and the vines entrapped him.
Good guess, Barbult!! At this point I'm just tinkering with foliagemaker until the update. So, for the mean time, another question: can a polar bear be wrapped in vines? Sure thing!!
Side note: I set the vertical growth to only 72 so that the head will not be covered.
@Martial I see you have the rose installed. It is in the AM Foliage Maker Rose product right below the FoliageMaker product you have highlighted in your screenshot. You need to load the rose into your scene and then select it as the object to be instanced in the FoliageMaker plugin. It is demonstrated in the controls overview video that is on the FoliageMaker product page in the store. Here is a link to the section of the video that explains the process (chapter Instancing at 17:30). The whole video is helpful. The video is also linked in the FoliageMaker Manual.
Looks very cool and useful! Just that in my case, it creates "nothing". I see the extra node added, I see it working, but I don't see any foliage... What am I missing?

Hello, I just emailed you also as well. Try using a sphere of 1mt. with at least 4 divisions. That's what I used in the tutorials as well. Cheers.
Thank you for working with me on this one Alessandro! I was scratching my head for a long time with some props where the foliage would not grow. Well, turned out the objects must have a smaller scale (around 1 meter is good), and also polycount is important. Too few polygons will not create any growth. Thanks again!

Have you thought about changing your Daz froum avatar to Light Bob? He looks so great in your images.
Thanks, Barbult. I have not thought about changing my Daz forum avatar, yet.
Light Bob fashion...
He's not naked or bald anymore!
Cute!
Thanks a lot for the comments, Barbult and Alessandro.

You're just churning out foliagemaker stuff left and right, Artini - I wonder what you'll create when the update arrives.
Thanks, AnEye4Art.
FoliageMaker plays an important role in my experiments with Daz Studio,
adding some details to the scenes.
I grew some cobweb instances on a sphere (hidden in render) and made a giant dust bunny!
Nice idea, Barbult
I also tend to hide objects to growing foliage on.
