Playing with more of the freebies. I know if I do much with this Heracles helm I will have to do something with the cheek guards, too long, too pointed and clip in nearly every pose.

As usual, put the new stuff on an old image to improve it. I kinda like this.

"They can't be serious".  Actually I couldn't stand the heracles helm and it is gone.

Well I'm back.  Kinda took a long break again, so much going on.  Still playing with renders.  Cobbling up stuff.  I did two dumb ones today playing with that wonderful steam carriage.  Tried something with Corel.

Made one just to make fun of my Grand theft Auto playing son.

Well I'm still such a procrastinator.  Finally put a G3 figure to use.  I used some V4 stuff by fitting it to G1 figure, saving as wearable, then fitting that to a G2.  G3 thinks it is "originally designed for G2 now, made converting easy.   Still not sold on Cyclorama.  It works for messing around.  Elves and Dorfs again.

Three strong women there.  It wouldn't be a good idea to mess with any of them.

The G3 stock morphs make a good strong female body.  Now I have to figure lighting out on them.  IRAY is not going to happen at my house.

Working on characters again.  A druid I like and a Teir Dal I like a lot so far, but not sure on how I will do the base leather.

Since my urge to clean things up is still going strong I finally redid my first Char, Lasai.  I wanted a top to really work with the Sickle free corset and ended up making a transparency map for the Elven Archer tunic.  It worked :)

You have made some very class characters, especially the last one Lasai and the short redhead from the trio!

As I mentioned on your thread, don't give up on your lovely renders. Ugh, this jpg quality is terrible.  Yes I love the short Redhead.  I decided my little people don't need to look troll-ish :).   Omg, how do we delete posts!  This jpg is awful.

Drastic difference.  My Human Ocosha in 2012 and today.  Same pose, same lights.  I'm glad I fixed the poor girl :)

So, you manage to survive the breakdown of society, but still need your Nerd Glasses.   Sorry I keep using the same backdrop, it's just better than blue default.  Honest, I will make scenes "someday".

PS. The Roxanna default mats are awful.

PPS.  No Lumberjack spends 2 hours on thier boots at a shoe shine stand.

Looks promising! Just one thing, I was wondering  at the first glance what happened to the grey ladys legs. The are overlapping very much with the small colums of the rail. maybe turn or move her a bit, that her legs coma away from those two colums.

She looks worse growing a column between her legs.  Best compromise.  Shadow has to come that way because of where they are in freeport.

This render is set in Everquest 2, in Freeport.  The backgroud screen is taken from my Manor Balcony overlooking the Harbor wall.  One nice thing.. I loved the sunrise sky but tired of fighting facing into the light, so, I just waited till Noonish, Game time, and took a new shot.  No more water shadows fighting with me.  Fixed the lights, feet, few more details.  I'm sure more will crop up, they always do.  Did some fiddling on the background scheme, camera DoF doesn't effect it.  Also included a pic of my cheap, freebie set, a plane and a jumble of free tutorial set elements.  Free is good on a small fixed disablity income :)

Continuing my very average survivor thing.  I was really happy with the debri, its just grey squiglets done with a palette knife brush, then heavily bumped and displaced on a transparent plane. One of those Yay, it worked moments.  The dagger was more dramatic, but decided most people would have found a firearm.

Can't decide on a Title.  She used to work there.  At least, after the crash her Student Loan no longer matters.

Ok, over Christmas I treated myself to a few things, also finally making the dreaded process of moving my older girls to G2.  I got the Dark Sisterhood set.  I really like it, but.. always a "but" with me.  The bow is just great.  I disliked the bathing suit appearance of the main suit, adding the LOFN short skirts fixed that for me.  The boots are clunky and have that sabot thing going on, but they aren't spike heels!  Yay for that.  The cowl and short cape is pretty awesome.  The archery pose is good, but, adds a strabismus issue to the eyes.  You can see it in the center char, the cowl hides it on the other two.  I have no clue how to fix it in G2.

Having a multi race cast of characters is a problem.  My Dwarf, with her stature and big calves looked like a kid wearing Dad's mud boots.  Stuff like Quivers scale, but then leaves you with impossibly short arrows and too much difference in size.  I fudge this a lot.  In this image you can see it, trying to find a happy medium between Norn size  (the Giantess) and Dorf size.

Poses really hate foot and hand propagation.  Problem when scaling down a lot.  If you leave hands and feet alone for me, at least, the small races look like children.

Random stuff.  Found an image I actually like for Cyclorama.  Need to tweak it lots.  I despair of ever having enough Flat heel high boots.  The shoes and leggings on the Dorf are actually Ghastly's nurse hose and shoes with a leather shader I made.  I overuse Sickles flat thigh boots.

Finally, I spent an hour or so finally making a material preset for Vhalens hair that got rid of the dull light tones on the forehead part.  Going through all the shades now.

Hope everyone had good holidays :).

This is a great render Teofa.  I saw it in the New User's WIP thread and was impressed...but your images often impress me.
